How to Start a Return

To start a return, please email support@elvane.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. Our support team will then send you full return instructions.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.

30-Day Return Window

You can return items within 30 days of delivery, whether the fit isn't quite right or you've simply changed your mind.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking or administration fees. There are no additional or hidden costs.

Refund Processing

Once we've received and inspected your returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that payment providers or banks may require additional time to complete the transaction.

Cancelling Orders

If you'd like to cancel an order, please contact us at support@elvane.co.uk within 2 hours of placing your order.

After this period, cancellation is no longer possible, as your order will already be in progress. In this case, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with this Refund Policy.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please mention this in your email. Exchanges are subject to item availability.
